Cancellation of Retreat – September 11-13

Victory Retreat Participants!
I pray that all is well with you and your loved ones as we continue to wear our masks and practice social distancing in public areas during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Hyatt Regency has reopened and I have finally had a chance to communicate with them about our September 11-13 Retreat. With the new re-opening guidelines for businesses in Maryland and restrictions for bus operators, we have canceled our planned event for this year. Unfortunately the hotel is booked through November in 2021 so it will be back to the drawing board for us should the Ministry decide to host a Retreat in 2021.
We are in the process of preparing refund checks for your payments. Since the church is not fully operational, it will take a few weeks for us to complete the process so please be patient with us.
Thank you for your support and should we plan to host an event in 2021, we hope that you will support us.
