Mask Up (For Now and For Later)
With a great number of US citizens having received one or more COVID 19 vaccinations, the nation have “eased up” pandemic restrictions. Under most circumstances, masks are no longer required in open spaces, indoor social distancing has been reduced and sports venues, restaurants etc. have been reopened. Although cases of those testing positive have declined and masks are no longer required under certain conditions, the threat is still with us. Keep in mind, masks are a “coverage, a protection and shield” that suppress the spread of disease. Many, not wearing a mask, have not been vaccinated and some may be asymptomatic presenting the continued possibility of “spread”. What are we to do? We are to continue practicing masking when required, other protocols set forth by the CDC and practice “God sense”!
Everyone will not get the virus; but, everyone should take precautions to circumvent it and follow the pandemic procedures which give guidance to help prevent its spread.
A condition everyone will face that none of the foregoing procedures or a vaccine can provide protection from is death! All who die without the mask of the saving blood of the Savior (covering & protection of eternal salvation) will face eternal damnation. However; there is a way through the physical death to eternal life! Those under the atoning blood of our Savior Jesus Christ are covered by the divine “mask” of redemption and reconciliation with our Lord.
Mask up and protect yourself from contaminants of the world; but, more importantly, be under the coverage of the saving mask of eternal salvation through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Shout Hallelujah!
John 14:6: Jesus Christ dogmatically stated: “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
